Menu items unchecked after sync

i have install new release 2017.0.7 (with amministrator)
when i have open my project all the menu check unchecked
i have put the check again e rigenerate ok
but the PROBLEM is that i have save the project e open it again
and the menu are again unckecked
i try to save it with save as and save as copy but the change has no effect

it's not a problem of a project
open a new project select the same table phpmaker add menu that are checked save the project reopen and menu are unchecked
everi tyme i must reselect all menu ( i have project with 120 menu and there is not the bottom select all i must do 120 click ecveri time that i open it

How can I fix the problem?

I confirm having the same problem, every time I synchronize with the db, either manual or automatic, the menu checks are lost.

if I disable Auto Synchronize when reopen the project i see the check
but if I synchronize the database also without adding a field in database,
after the message "the database has not been altered", I lose again all the selections menu

Yes, the issue is also happened to me. It seems this issue is caused by one of the changes in v2017.0.7:

• Improved: Load tables dynamically

So here is the simple trick you can do to overcome the issue: make sure you do not enable "Load tables dynamically" setting from "Database" tab menu.
