For some reason i am getting this error Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_DOUBLE_ARROW in /home/content/03/11098903/html/ewcfg10.php on line 128

also the date picker or editor will work either.

What is exactly the code on line 128 of your "ewcfg10.php" file? Can you copy and paste it in here?

Can you copy and paste the code on line 1228 of your "Client_Recordlist.php" file in here? We cannot help you anything if you do not let us know the code.
