I'm using a static security level and I came across the lookup table only working for the Administrator user. I deleted the entire project and generated it again, checked all updates and permissions, without success. It was working normally.
Any user other than the administrator, lookup table does not show the items.
Make sure you have already given the lookup permission for your desired user level.

The user has access to the table, can include, change and delete, that is, they have full access to the tables. The problem is only with the lookup table.

Are you sure you are using Static User Level Security and not Dynamic User Level Security?
