Master/Detail View export button moves down

When I am on the Master/Detail view of a record. The Export dropdown button moves down under the Home /master/detail Search line. How can I keep it where it was while I look at the master table it is next to the search button

There is no issue with Export dropdown button on my side. It is located next to the Breadcrumb line (desktop mode).

However, if you display the page in mobile mode, then the Export dropdown will move down under the Breadcrumb line, and it is normal.
