GridAdd Page showing in a box?

I have just upgrade my project to PHPMaker 11.0.5

The GridAdd Page is showing in the small box with the Scroll Bar.
Now I have to move the Scroll Bar left and right to enter the data.

Please kindly help to remove the scroll Bar and show in the full page.

Please download the latest version and try again.

I am using the latest version PHPMaker v 11.0.5

Make sure that you have downloaded again. The latest version should be dated Jan 10, 2015.
