Update generated scripts procedure

Is there a procedure to do Upgrades?

Lets say I wanted to add some ToolTips. When I (re)generate the project, do I have to copy over all files to my productions server again?

How do you identify only newly modified files to update on server?

The Tooltips are usually defined in the generated .xml language file(s). You may simply re-upload the lang folder to your web server.
