Cannot replace video files as the file type is file

Plz help. PDF files can replaced. But i need to replace it by a video

In [PHP]->[General Options] panel, you need to add your video type in [File Upload]->[Allowed File Type]. By default, no video type file is specified.

If you are not this {File type not allowed} error, please specify your error message and detail description for your issue.
