I have generated a project with PHPMaker and it works perfect, but in the company where I work has hired a developer in php. So things from the task now is to continue the development "manually", modifying the code generated convenience etc.

Two questions:

Has allowed this in PHPMaker license?
Project id may modify? (I mean, change the project name and Guid, is a hash, aes, md5)?

You are completely free to modify any generated code with your own risk.
You may also modify either Project Name, Project ID, or GUID, etc, also with your own risk.

IMHO, it does not related to the PHPMaker license at all.
