Use Bootstrap's Responsive CSS

Instead of requiring jQuery Mobile and a whole reflow of HTML, why not use Boostratp's built-in responsive CSS? It will lead to much leaner code.

Bootstrap 2.x has been deprecated and should be replaced with Bootstrap 3.0.2, as it's the only one in development now. This also removes the need for jQuery Mobile etc., as Bootstrap 3 has full responsive behaviour built-in.

I second for this. Bootstrap 3 is more powerful for responsive mobile. Please use the built-in responsive css also for mobile. No need to use jQuery Mobile anymore.

I agree, PHPMaker should have Bootstrap 3 included as it's much more improved in terms of multi-screen support.

Thank you.

Using boostrap 3 will also eliminate the need for a ewMenu.css file. just add the data toggle in the dropdown menus.
