Add Form as Modal

If you check on the Features under more - there is a "Add Option form and Email form as Modal dialog"- it only works for Email not on the Add Form. I dont know how to setup a Modal Dialog for Add Button

It is "Add Option" (i.e. "Allow add" under Lookup Table in Field Setup), not for "Add" form. See Field Setup in help file.
