Hi,
Is it possible to upgrade from version 10 to 11 keeping the same interface with icon graphics.

No. The icons in v10 which uses Bootstrap 2 is different with the icons used in v11 which uses Bootstrap 3. You may see and compare its difference from the english.xml language file.

You can customize language file (*.xml) or the ew.less to use your own images as icons.
