Load Project File failed! ActiveX component can't create

I am trying to update some projects from phpmaker 10 to phpmaker 11. I can open and save the projects fine in 10 but when i try to open them in 11 I get an error saying PHPMaker: Load Project File failed! ActiveX component can't create object.
I have a project that i created in 11 that works fine

You may send the sample of your project (.pmp) and database (.sql) file to support if you are a registered user: http://www.hkvstore.com/phpmaker/support.asp

Change the extension your project file to .xml and open it in a browser to check if it is still well-formed. If not, find a backup project in the Auto Backup folder, see Project File in the help file.
