ListOptions_* server events in grid pages

since ListOptions_* server events are designed for the List pages and currently there are no similar server events for Grid pages.
It would be nice if the ListOptions_* can also be used while in grid pages, coz some of us who are used to it sort of find to problematic to find another way around it now, since we now have to find other ways to customise the listoptions while in grid pages
