Expand / Collapse in Reports

Currently, reports initially load with all rows expanded. In the report configuration tool, I'd like to be able to specify the initial expand/collapse state for each report level. Also, I'd like to have Expand All and Collapse All buttons displayed at each report level, when viewed by the end user.
