Prompted for sign in after already logged into site

When I initially access the site I'm prompted to log in, everything works fine then.
I have over 20 pages in this site and when i hit any other page I am not prompted for sign in.
Except for this one page I am prompted to sign in again. If I do try to sign in it doesn't work, if I hit cancel I can proceed to the page and everything work as expected.
Anyone have any suggestions what to look at?

Except for this one page I am prompted to sign in again.
Please provide more details about this page. Is it a page generated by ASP.NET Maker (e.g. list/view/add page of a table) or a custom file? Have you enabled the "Remember me (Auto-login)" option in the Security tab and login with the "Remember me" option checked?

I created a new app pool and directory for this web site. I'm not getting prompted for log in now after the initial log in.
