Field Setup Lookup Table Filter doesn't work on the Calendar Report Add Dialog

I've discovered the Field Setup Lookup Table Filter doesn't work on the Calendar Report Add Dialog but it does work properly on the Copy Dialog.

Please update to the latest template (Tools -> Update Template) and try again.

Sadly after a template update the filter is still not applied to Calendar report Add dialog.
