Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'DBID') (v2020)

I have installed v2020 on a new PC and cannot generate project but gets a number of errors, :
Have reinstalled v2020 and extensions but that does not make a difference.
....Output when errors start:

undefined:4
... ^
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'DBID')
What could be wrong here?
