Grid-Editing checkboxes updates all records of DB

Hi,
I have a slight issue with the grid-edit feature, when I use it, I check/uncheck the records which are due for editing and when I click the accept button, instead of just those records to be updated, the entire grid get's updated whether or not they have been checked/unchecked!
Is this a know bug and is there a workaround for it?

Grid edit will update all records in the current page. If you want to edit specific records only, you should search for the specific records first before performing grid edit.
